Follow these steps before the first use of iBILLBOARD Ad Server:

Login into the system
Define a list of banner types - it is necessary to define a list of banners in a campaign at the beginning of using the system due to the correct working of the system, creation of sites and banners in a campaign.
Define Preset rights for users of the system - preset rights determine what parts of the system the user can see/cannot see.

Create account for users who enter the system or those who you will refer to. It is necessary to create a new account for each person who will work with the system (You gain a better control over changes that have been made, see  User activity.

Creation of a Campaign (necessary steps):

Create a site - It is necessary to determine where the ad will be displayed in the system
Code generating of ad position - The ad will be displayed and statistics will be counted by the code
Insert One2many codes into a page
Create a campaign - the campaign defines WHAT, WHERE and WHEN the ad will be displayed
Create a plan - Place where the banner will be displayed
Set limits of a campaign - How intensively the campaign will be displayed
Create a banner - What will be displayed in the campaign
Activate the banner in a plan
Activate a plan - If the starting date of a campaign/plan is today you must activate the campaign/plan manually

Generating of statistics:

Online statistics of a campaign - basic information about campaign performance in real time
Detailed statistics of a campaign - detailed information about campaign performance including unique users  (max 3 hours delay)
Online statistics of a site - basic information about site performance in real time
Detailed statistics of a site - detailed information about site performance including unique users (max 3 hours delay)

Code generating for action measuring
Alerts and mailings setting about running of a campaign
Capping
Plan priority setting
Plan period setting
Setting of technological targeting of a plan to:

Setting of competitors elimination between plans / campaigns

The ban on ads displaying using tags
Settings of plan prices and sales unit - used in financial reports
How to make a site accesible to colleagues
