Banner creation

What is a banner?

It is necessary to insert banners you want to be displayed by a campaign into a so-called storage of banners in campaign. Then, you can place a banner in a specific plan of campaign. The banner is not activated by inserting a banner into the storage of banners, therefore the banner does not display. First, define banners in the storage, define which of them will be used in a campaign, then assign to an individual plan. 

Banner creation in the campaign is a similar procedure for all types of creatives. It differs only in used creatives and its insertion into the system.

You can create 3 types of banners, which match with 3 different kind of plans:

• banner for a standart plan - see below
• banner for mobile plan - Create a new mobile plan
• banner for tracking plan - Create a new measuring point

Basic settings common to all banner creatives:

1. Click on "Campaign banners"
2. Click on "New banner"
3. From drop-down menu choose banner type you want to create. It is necessary to choose the same type of banner as in the position, where the banner should run. e.g. Position type as fullbanner has been created on a - site Presentation - section  Home page. A plan is targeted to this position. To be able to activate the banner in the plan, the banner should be created as a fullbanner type
4. Continue by clicking on "Insert"
5. Fill "Name" of the banner - the more accurate name of the banner, the better orientation
6. URL - page, where a user lands after clicking on a banner.
7. Save the setting by clicking on "Update"
   

Creation of individual creative:

• Image of banners (gif., jpg., png)
• Flash banners (swf.)
• JavaScript banners
• HTML banners
• XML/video banners

NOTE: you can use following types of mobile banners: image, JavaScript, HTML and HTML5.

           .swf (flash) type of mobile banners are forbidden.
