What are Alerts&Mailings?

How to set:

  1. Open the page of Alerts and Mailings setting in the campaign/site.
    Campaign:Campaigns -> edit > Alerts&Mailings
    Site: Sites -> chosen site -> Alerts
  2. From the drop-down menu choose the alert you want to set.
    Available Alerts&Mailings
  3. Fill in the value at which the alert will be sent in new box which will appear on the right if available. If this value is reached or exceeded, the alerting email will be sent.
  4. Ticking off the checkbox for users who should receive Alert&Mailing.
    The list of users corresponds to users who have rights for this campaign. If you want to send Alert&Mailing to a user not listed, you have to give those users right for the campaign.
    NOTE: If there isn't a user's email address, set the email in the section Users or the Alert&Mailing will be not send.
  5. Set the frequency the sending of Alerts and Mailings (daily, weekly, days of a week...) or the  format of reports (excel, pdf) if available.
  6. Save the settings.
  7. In the upper part of user's list you can see "Already set alerts and mailings".
    You can activate new alerts and mailings or add new users to the notice during the campaign.

How to deactivate Alerts&Mailings.
