A newly created site can be seen only by the administrator who created it. If more people should work with the site, it is necessary to make it available.

There are several ways to make sites available to users:

Access from page "Administration of site users"

Follow these steps to make more channels available at once.

  1. Open the page "Sites" with the list of sites in the system
  2. Open administration of site users Sites -> Users
  3. Using filter find the user who should have access
  4. Click on a red smiley next to the user´s name. If there is a smiley of another colour, the user already has the access

Follow these steps to make more channels available at once.

  1. Open page with list of users Administration -> Users
  2. Using filter find the user who should have the access
  3. Click on link "Sites" in the line of the user
  4. Using filter find a site that you want to make available
  5. Click on a red Smiley next to the name of the user. If there is a smiley of another colour, the user already has the access
