This document describes ideal process of communication between client and support department of Internet BillBoard.

By following process you will contribute to a faster solution of the reported problem.

Where to report a request/bug - It is necessary to send request/bug by e-mail.
Operation Hours of Support Department

The form of message:
Please follow the principles of reporting requests/problems to accelerate their solution.

Email subject - short description of what the e-mail concerns
Checklist - detailed description of request/problem/question

After e-mail sending you will automatically receive a message confirming delivery of your e-mail with specific ID of e-mail which is assigned to your e-mail. Please keep the e-mail ID in the subject for another communication.

What happens after you send e-mail?

In case of error in system behavior please inform us immediately.
