Send detailed information about the bug / request.

The more accurate information the faster reply you receive or the request could be forwarded to technicians

Basic information:

  • User ID - we verify every problem in the client´s account due to the highest accuracy
  • campaign, plan, banner, site, section, position, channel ID concerning the request - ID is unique number which helps checking in the system and  speeds up reaching the solution
  • Date of occurrence of the problem, time of first occurrence and information if the problem still persists - we discover whether the problem relates with a new version of the system
  • How often does this problem occurs - very often, rarely, all the time, etc.
    (e.g. Sometimes I cannot click on the link "Send e-mail" - it can be connected with a browser, version of the browser, script,...)
  • Detailed description of the problem. If it is related to some process, please describe it step by step. We need too know where the system stops you and doesn´t allow you to continue.
    For example: It's not possible to generate a report Campaign by banners - click on the item Reporting Portal, choose the time period, click on the report By Banners and nothing happend. 
  • Screen of the problem (send screen of whole browser window, don't cut it!)
  • Screen of error message which appeared on the desktop.

Verification of banner displaying - required information:

  • User ID, campaign ID , banner ID
  • What is wrong with the banner,  what is normal behavior (without error)?
    For example: banner is not close, banner is not expand, clickthru does not work
  • URL of the site where the banner is displayed
    For example http://webpage.com/news/world/olympicGames.html
    If you do not want to display the banner, we set the displaying only for our IP address
  • screen of banner on the site - to find where is the banner in the site and how it looks.

Verification of the difference between statistics of iBB Ad Server and other ad server - required information:

  • User ID, campaign ID, plan ID
  • In which system the managing campaign is set - where the banner with measuring codes is set.
  • Original banner with measuring codes (attach to an e-mail)
  • the time period of statistics
  • which part has more impressions, how much is the difference?
  • Attach the statistics of campaign by days from the other ad server
    NOTE! generate statistics in both systems for the same time period and the same part of the campaign = banner, plan...
  • Exact URL of site, where the banner is displayed - to verification of measuring codes.

For thorough examination of statistics differences we need an active campaign.  If the campaign is finished, we have limited possibility for examination.
