The system of monitoring e-mails: e-mail ID

Our support department use the system for tracking request/bug  which adds specific number (i.e. # 20101011114514 #) to each new e-mail. 
This number groups one topic communication to the fiber which makes it easy to search, following communication and solution.

This specific number is in the subject of e-mail which confirm receiving you message or in eubject of e-mail from support department. 

Keep the e-mail ID in every response!

• Respond to e-mail using the "reply to e-mail" option - ID is automatically copied. 
• Fill the ID in e-mail subject
