Where to report a request / bug

The preferred way of contacting Internet BillBoard support department is via e-mail.

E-mail adressses are divided according to products of Internet BillBoard:

iBILLBOARD Ad Server    adserver@ibillboard.com

iBILLBOARD SSP + RTB  rtb@ibillboard.com

Common e-mail adress to suport department support@ibillboard.com

In very urgent cases (e.g. Ads are not being displayed at all, the Admin interface is not working etc.) you may also opt for contacting the BBelements support department on phone number stated in your contract.
Despite the fact, you will always need to send an e-mail. It is in order to effectively track the problem solution process.

Sending support request to personal e-mail ID is strongly discouraged as the appropriate support service cannot be guaranteed. Common email of support department should be stated as the recipient and the concrete person stated in cc.
