  1. Define invoicing procedure for advertiser/site 
  2. Define sales procedure for advertiser
  3. Define sales procedure for site
  4. Set VAT value
  5. Set price/commission for sites
        or
        Set price for channels
  6. Set Company sales information - agency commission, terms of payment... 

Now you can continue by setting financial information for a campaign and campaign invoicing.
