Companies´ Business Information

You can see the list of all companies on the page "Companies" (Sales - Companies). You may change their basic data (name, address,...), set business information for campaigns´ invoicing or you may display a list of invoiced campaigns of a certain company.

The page "Sales Infromation" is important for Business module. In that page, you can set different information that would be applied in campaigns´ invoicing.

Maturity

- the value will be used in an campaign´s invoice for an advertiser  
The value may be changed in each invoice

VAT applied in plan price

- choose VAT value that should be used by default for a certain advertiser - basic / reduced

Agency commission

- it is commission agreed with an advertiser

1. Open the page "Agency commission"
   Sales -> Companies ->Sales info -> "Edit" in the part of agency commission
2. Set amount of commission in the part new commission - type percentage or fixed amount), date since the commission should be applied to (or add description) 
3. Save the setting

Advance payment discount

- fill here the amount if you want to apply discount to the invoice due to prepayment

Campaign volume discounts

- the discount will be applied to the plan in case that number of invoiced units exceeds the set limit. More levels of limits may be set for the discount.

1. Open the page "Campaign volume discounts"
   Sales -> Companies ->Sales info -> "Edit" part - Campaign volume discounts
2. Set the volume of units for which the discount should be applied
3. Choose unit type
4. Insert level of discount
5. Save the setting
