When creating a new campaign, the user can choose the status of the campaign.

We recommend creating the new campaign in "Waiting" status. In that status the campaign will switch automatically into the "Active" mode when start date comes and the campaign has set a plan with active banner.

Campaign with a status other than "Waiting" will never be activated automatically.

Status

Quoted - A campaign is created and has informational character - the system does not incorporate it into its planning mechanisms (Inventory utilization report). The administrator then has to switch the campaign manually to the status Booked, Ordered or Waiting.

Booked -  A campaign is created and ad space is reserved - the system incorporates it into its planning mechanism (Inventory utilization report), but it has not been approved yet by the customer. The administrator then has to switch the campaign manually to the status Ordered or Waiting.

Ordered - A campaign is created and the order has also been confirmed by the customer - the system incorporates it into its planning mechanism, but there is still something missing and the campaign cannot be launched. For example, banners or other items which are important for campaign operation has not been obtained yet. The administrator has to switch the campaign manually to the status Waiting.

Waiting - A campaign is confirmed, set and ready, waiting for activating (it is automatically switched into the state Current at the planned time of its activation).

Current - A campaign is active, banners are displayed on web pages

Finished - Duration of a campain has ended. You can prolong the finished campaign anytime - thus activate it again.
