User types

iBB Ad Server distinguishes among several user types. Users of iBB Ad Server are divided into employees of your company and users from an external company with those you cooperate with. Information about user account is displayed in the upper right corner of the user interface. 

Rights for different types of user accounts are set in Preset rights which you defined at the beginning of using the system.

Types of users for your employees:

Install Admin
Admin
Businessman
Invoice Clerk
Portfolio manager
Marketing

Types of users for an external company:

Siteowner
Advertising agency, Media agency, iMedia agency
Client
Brand
End user

One person may work with the system as several different types of user. This is useful in cases when the person has access to the type of user as Install Admin but also wants to work with the iBB Ad Server as a regular administrator. In this case it is recommended to use administrator's login for everyday work and Install Admin's login for system administration.
