Deactivation of the User Account

User accounts in iBB Ad Server cannot be deleted, so unneeded accounts can be deactivated.

Deactivate the account if the employee with access to iBB Ad Server left your company or if you stop the cooperation with client, site owner...

User account can be deactivated in several ways:

1. Change of the user name or password
2. Disabling of all parts of the system to which the user has rights and change of the user name
   1. Open the page Administration -> Global rights
   2. Click on the icon  smiley  or on chosen user
   3. If the smiley is red, the user can only see welcome page

Then you can add a Note "do not use, canceled, ended cooperation ... It is informative data which simplifies work with system users. When restoring cooperation with the person, you don't need to create a new account. You will be able to activate his account.

Deactivated accounts can be reactivated at any time. Use process 2 described above. For activation click on the red smiley in the user.
