Blacklist

Blaklist  is a list of sites where a campaign cannot be displayed.

e.g. Campaign Volvo cannot be displayed on the web page www.skoda.com

OR

it is a list of advertisers whose campaigns cannot be displayed on publishers sites.

e.g. Publisher Vodafone doesn´t want to show T-mobile ads
