 How to Make a Channel Available to the User

A newly created channel can be seen only by the administrator who created it. If more people should work with the channel, it is necessary to make it available.

There are several ways to make channels available to users:

Access from page Users Local Rights

Follow these steps to make more channels available at once.

  1. Open page with list of users Administration -> Users
  2. Using filter, find the user who should have access 
  3. Click on link "Channels" in the line of the user
  4. Using filter find a channel that you want to make available
  5. Click on a red smiley next to the name of the user. If there is a smiley of another colour, the user already has access to the channel
